Yes! We have great places to rent a boat and you can use the Brand NEW Dock!! PLEASE let us know if you plan on renting a boat or bringing your own so we can make arrangements for our boat. Check out our Welcome Book, page

Can I bring my pet?
We are not allowing pets in this property because it has recently undergone an extensive renovation and we want to keep the property in mint condition for all our guests.
How far are you from town?
8 Minutes to Hayesville and 10 -12 minutes to Hiawassee but this is the mountains… everything is just around the corner!! Ingles and Dollar General are about 5 - 8 minutes away.
Terms & Conditions
Everything you NEED to know about your short term lease. Boring but important Stuff. YOU MUST read and agree to this as a condition of rental of this property.
Covid Cleaning
We are taking special care to disinfect items that may meet numerous hands such as light switches, door handles, and remotes. You can find the CDC Cleaning Standards and a list of approved disinfectants we are using. While we can not guarantee the poroperty, we are doing everyting in our power to keep you and your families safe and healthy. Your health is a top priority.
Do you have lake toys we can use?
Yes! The specifics vary depending upon the season but the home comes with two kayaks, several noodles and floaties, an awesome Rubber Dockie and an air pump for your use.
