2021 Rates

  • Depending upon time of the year, rates range from $225 - $450 per night.

  • Cleaning Fee $285 - Our cleaner is worth the price. With Covid, we are taking extra precautions with our cleaning and each cleaning takes 4 - 5 hours between guests.

  • Plus NC Sales Tax

  • Rates are subject to change at any time

  • Discounts available for Monthly rentals!

  • Nightly Minimums based on season. Summer requires a full weeks rental

  • Refundable Security Deposit $200

  • Holiday’s / Weekends subject to higher rates
